How can I place an order?
There are three ways to order a box: sending us an email, calling us or contacting us directly through our Instagram or Facebook Page. Then you will receive a form by email with a few questions for you like the delivery date you expect for the box, some options you may choose and a few insights about the receiver’s tastes for example. As soon as we receive it back from you, the Gift Research begins!

If you are having trouble at any stage of the process, contact us at celine@bepresent.shop and we will respond as soon as we can.


What happens if the recipient is not present at the delivery?
If we are unable to safely deliver the gift and we can’t reach the recipient, you may be charged a secondary delivery fee to account for the additional trip. That’s why it’s always better to provide us with contact phone numbers and a safe and reliable time frame for the delivery.


Can I add to/change or cancel an existing order?
Yes. Send us an email to celine@bepresent.shop with your order number and the details of your desired change and we would be happy to help!


Can I add a personal note to my gift?
Yes – every gift comes with a handwritten, personal note to your recipient. You can include it at the checkout step.

If you place your order and miss adding the note, just send us an email to celine@bepresent.shop and we’ll add it if there’s still time to do so.


Can I customize my gift or substitute items from a pre-designed box?
If you wish to change the content of an existing box, contact us directly through the “Custom Gift” Page and we’ll come back to you with availabilities and the possibilities for a unique and personalized gift.


Will my gift look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to make our gifts look as close to the photo as possible. However, we do work with small shops and artisans whose stocks or products may vary, the photo on the website may not be 100% identical but don’t worry, we will try to send you every time accurate photos or at least precise descriptions before the delivery.

Additionally, due to COVID-19, we may experience supply issues which may result in an item being substituted for one that is similar item and of equal or higher value. Again don’t worry, you will be notified personally when these substitutions occur and you will always have the option to cancel the order before it comes out.

In all cases, we will ensure that the gift is puuuuurfect and provides an amazing experience to the recipient.


SHIPPING

What are your rates for shipping and how long will delivery take?
Delivery is, for now, only available in a restricted area of Lisbon, please contact us if you would like to check an address with us.

We are usually able deliver within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) and the delivery fee in this area is 4,90 euros.

Please take note that the preparation of a box takes normally 4 business days and it can last longer for some specific products. If your order is urgent, please let us know.


Can I pick up my package?
Of course, you can select the Pick Up option with no extra charge. All orders are available in Estrela, Lisbon.


Do you ship boxes out of Lisbon?
Unfortunately, we only deliver in a restricted area of Lisbon for now. But things may change in the future!

Being a local business supporting artisans and shops of Lisbon and encouraging people to make purchases in their own city or country, we don’t ship boxes out of Portugal. Let’s try together to change our habits in terms of gift giving so we can participate in protecting our Planet!


PAYMENTS & RETURNS

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, MB Way, PayPal and payments in cash at the pick up.


Can I cancel an order or return a gift I received?
If you are the sender of a gift and the gift has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing celine@bepresent.shop for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.
